Renner Roofing Inc. is a rapidly growing family owned company based out of Red Wing, MN. We have consistently doubled in size and revenue every year since 2019, despite the impacts of Covid 19. Your Role:

• Complete our training program in your first 3 weeks
• Perfect your sales skills through active mentorship and hands on learning
• Actively pursue residential and commercial roofing sales
• Exceed customer expectations by managing the sales and construction process
• Assist customer through the insurance claims process

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in customer service, sales, construction or leadership or a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication skills
• A strong desire for growth
• Goal Oriented
• Own a vehicle that can carry a ladder

Salary

• Earn $60,000-130,000 in your first year
• $1,500 sign on bonus distributed over first 5 weeks
• Uncapped commissions
• Mastery of the sales process
