Your Role:

• Complete our training program in your first 3 weeks
• Perfect your sales skills through active mentorship and hands on learning
• Actively pursue residential and commercial roofing sales
• Exceed customer expectations by managing the sales and construction process
• Assist customer through the insurance claims process

Requirements:

• Two years of experience in customer service, sales, construction or leadership or a Bachelor’s Degree
• Strong communication skills
• A strong desire for growth
• Goal Oriented
• Own a vehicle that can carry a ladder

Salary

• Earn $60,000 – $130,000 in your first year
• Base Salary of $25,000 after sales goals are hit in the first four months
• $1,500 sign on bonus distributed over first 5 weeks
• Uncapped commissions
• Mastery of the sales process
